A Family Legacy

MultiCare Wellness was founded by Dr. Faisal Tawwab and Dr. Juveria Tawwab with a vision to provide holistic, personalized healthcare for families in Deltona and Lake Mary. Inspired by their grandfather’s legacy of medical excellence, they built a practice that combines traditional primary care with innovative wellness therapies.
Joined by Dr. Ahmed Abdul Qayyum, specializing in weight management and medical marijuana, and Dr. Anam Tawwab, an expert in geriatrics and hormone therapy, MultiCare Wellness brings together a full spectrum of care. With every physician-led program, patients receive modern wellness options backed by real medicine.
The result is seamless, compassionate support for all generations from children and teens to adults, athletes, and seniors delivered with trust, precision, and a long term focus on total well being.

We don’t sell generic spa treatments or unsupervised injections. Every protocol is designed by board-certified doctors using labs, medical history, and your life stage to ensure safe, targeted results.
No. MultiCare Wellness does not offer random, one-size services without a physician plan. Therapies are combined only when medically appropriate and customized to your symptoms and goals.
We serve Central Florida with two clinics: Lake Mary and Deltona. Both locations provide the same doctor-led wellness standards and program options.
Our programs are designed for Kids (8–10), Juniors (12–17), Gentlemen (18–59), Ladies (18–59), Athletes (18–59), and Seniors (60+). Each persona has different risks and needs, so care is tailored accordingly.

Wellness programs are premium medical wellness services and are typically cash-pay. Insurance may apply to Primary Care visits through MultiCare Physicians, but wellness pricing is separate.
